* alohaislandwear.com will accept your request for return the merchandise you ordered, please return the merchandise within 30 days from the invoice date.
* Special custom made items or bulk order is not accepted for return.
* There is a 10% re-stocking fee for all return items, shipping fee is not refundable.*
* Refund will only be credited to the original credit card account.
* Item(s) being returned must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, upon examination, if the return item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained) or missed 30 days return requirement, no refund will be credited to your account. Customer is responsible to pay for the cost of the postage if the item has to ship back.
* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of the invoice of order and provide the last 4 number of your credit card, expired date and security code (without your credit card information, we are unable to process your refund), a short notice for reason of returning. * We are not responsible for the return postage fee.
* We are not responsible for lost return package, unclaimed package or any delay from delivery carrier. We recommend that you ship the package via an insured mail carrier with the tracking information.
* Your refund will be credited to your original account after an inspection and approval, please allow at least two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Please note, shipping fee is non-refundable.
