Alohaislandwear.com will gladly accept your request to exchange an item(s) within 20 days from your invoice date, should you have any question regarding your exchange request, Please feel free to contact us.
* No exchange for items received after 20 days.
* No exchange for special custom made items, bulk orders and wholesale order.
* Customer is responsible for all the shipping cost.
* For orders within United States, There is a $7.00 for exchange shipping fee for the first item, additional item add $2.00 per item. No restocking fee applied to exchange items.

* The exchange items must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, if the exchange item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained ...), it will be returned back to customer at customer expense.
* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of the invoice of your order, for shipping fee, if you would like to pay with your credit card, please provide your complete credit card information (card number, expired date and security code) or you may send a Money Order with the total amount of the shipping fee along with your return items. A short notice for the exchange items.
* We are not responsible for lost items or any delay by the delivery carrier. We recommends that you ship the item(s) to be returned via an insured carrier with a tracking number.
* Your exchange merchandise will be processed and shipped back to you via US-Post priority, if you need your exchange order to be shipped sooner, please contact us via email with your request, express mail is optional at extra shipping charge.

FOR RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. For any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, please do not hesitate to contact us.
* Alohaislandwear.com will accept your request for refund within 15 days from your invoice date.
* No refund for special custom made items, bulk orders and wholesale orders.
* No refund can be given for returning items received after 15 days (postal stamp date).
* There is a 15% re-stocking fee for the return items.* Customer is responsible for all the shipping fee.
* Refund can only be credited to the original credit card account, shipping fee is not refundable.
* Item(s) being returned must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, upon examination, if the return item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained ...) or missed 15 days return requirement, no refund will be credited to your account. Shipping fee is responsible by customer.
* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of the invoice of order and fill out all the credit card number, expired date and security code (without your credit card information, we are unable to process your refund), a short notice for reason of returning,

* Your refund will be credited to your credit card account after your returned item(s) was processed and cleared, please allow at least two weeks to process your refund, Please note, Shipping fees are non-refundable.
