FOR EXCHANGE POLICY

Alohaislandwear.com will gladly accept your request to exchange an item(s) within 15 days from your invoice date, should you have any question regarding your exchange request, Please feel free to contact us.

* No exchange for items received after 15 days.

* No exchange for special custom made items, bulk orders and wholesale order.

* Customer is responsible for all the shipping cost.

* No restocking fee applied to exchange items.

* For orders within United States, the exchange shipping fee will be calculated by the amount of the exchange items, please refer the table below.

* The exchange items must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, if the exchange item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained ...), it will be returned back to customer at customer expense.

* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), before send back the merchandise, please include a copy of the invoice of your order with the details of the exchange items. For ship back the exchange items, please provide your complete credit card information (card number, expired date and security code) for the exchange shipping fee.

* We are not responsible for lost package or any delay by the delivery carrier. We recommends that you ship the return merchandise via mail carrier with insured.

* Your exchange merchandise will be processed and shipped back to you via US-Post priority, if you need your exchange merchandise to be shipped sooner, please contact us via email with your request, express mail is optional at extra shipping charge.

FOR RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. For any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, please do not hesitate to contact us.

* Alohaislandwear.com will accept your request for refund within 15 days from your invoice date.

* No refund for special custom made items, bulk orders and wholesale orders.

* No refund will be given for returning items received after 15 days (from postal stamped date).

* There is a 15% re-stocking fee for the return items. shipping fee is not refundable.* Customer is responsible for all the shipping fee.

* Refund will only be credited to the original credit card account.

* Item(s) being returned must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, upon examination, if the return item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained ...) or missed 15 days return requirement, no refund will be credited to your account. Customer is responsible to pay for the cost of the postage if the item has to ship back.

* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of the invoice of order and provide the last 4 number of your credit card, expired date and security code (without your credit card information, we are unable to process your refund), a short notice for reason of returning.

* we are not responsible for lost mail or any delay from delivery carrier. We recommends that you ship the package via an insured mail carrier with a tracking information.

* Your refund will be credited to your original credit card account after an inspection and approval, please allow at least two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Please note, Shipping fee is non-refundable.
